Job summary

SD Worx Ireland is seeking 2 Payroll Executives to join our expanding payroll team. You will deliver accurate and compliant Irish payroll services to a portfolio of clients, while ensuring excellent customer experience and timely deadlines.

Qualifications

• IPASS qualification or working towards it.
• Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
• Experience in high-volume payroll environments, in-house or bureau.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong customer service, communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Irish payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Validate payroll data, perform checks, and resolve discrepancies before submission.
• Ensure compliance with Irish payroll legislation, tax regulations, payments, pensions, and GDPR.
• Respond to payroll-related queries from clients, employees and internal stakeholders promptly.
• Coordinate payroll payments, reporting, year-end activities and submissions to authorities.
• Produce payroll reports, reconciliations and audit documentation as required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a high level of service.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the payroll team.
