Job summary

Our client in Swords, Dublin is seeking an HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR partnership and operational support for corporate functions. You will support a population of about 90 employees in a standalone HR role and coordinate payroll cycles with an outsourced provider (ADP/IPASS).

You will contribute to the local people agenda with cross-functional leaders and be a member of the site leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Experience as HR Generalist in a multinational or matrixed environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
• Experience coordinating payroll with outsourced providers (ADP/IPASS an advantage).
• Ability to influence leaders and provide practical HR insights.
• Comfortable working in a standalone HR capacity with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Operations: lead end-to-end payroll for salaried staff with ADP collaboration.
• Support employees and managers on policies, performance, attendance, and relations.
• Oversee onboarding, recruitment support, and HR processes for on-site staff.
• Maintain data accuracy in HR systems (Workday, UKG) and ensure compliance.
• Partner with Finance to ensure reporting, compliance and audit readiness.
