Job summary

Artemis Human Capital is seeking a Payroll Executive in Ireland to join a rapidly scaling professional services firm. Based in Sandyford or Marino, this full-time role covers end-to-end Irish payroll for a diverse client base within the Outsourcing team.

You will process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls, use Sage Payroll and BrightPay, ensure compliance with Irish tax legislation, prepare returns, and provide a responsive service to clients while developing your career in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Previous experience processing Irish payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and Revenue requirements.
• Experience using payroll software, ideally Sage Payroll and/or BrightPay.
• IPASS Payroll qualification is an advantage.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work across multiple client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls from start to finish.
• Use payroll systems including Sage Payroll and BrightPay.
• Ensure payrolls are processed accurately and in line with Irish employment and tax legislation.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related returns, including PSRs.
• Manage and resolve client payroll queries.
• Liaise directly with clients and provide a professional, responsive service.
• Keep up to date with changes to Irish payroll legislation and Revenue guidance.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Executive to join a rapidly scaling professional services firm with an excellent reputation in the Irish market.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing Outsourcing team and take on a varied, client-facing role covering end-to-end Irish payroll across a diverse client base. The role will also provide exposure to accounting services, making it a strong opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and develop their career within a fast-paced environment.
