Job summary

Sysco Ireland in Newcastle West, Limerick, is seeking a Payroll Analyst on a 9-12 month contract to manage weekly and monthly payrolls, timesheets and attendance within the Time & Attendance system (TMS). The ideal candidate will be IPASS qualified with proven Ireland payroll experience, strong attention to detail and solid Excel skills for data validation and analysis.

You will liaise with Revenue and external providers, process statutory payments, ensure SOX compliance, and deliver timely

Qualifications

• IPASS qualification is required.
• Previous Ireland payroll experience essential.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel with data validation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Processing multiple weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Collating timesheets, holiday entitlements, and reconciling hours weekly.
• Co-ordination of timesheets processing and Time & Attendance within TMS including all absences.
• Co-ordinating new hire set ups, leavers, time and attendance entries and adjustments.
• Provide direct customer service to employees with timely responses to queries.
• Processing statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP) in line with legislation.
• Ensure compliance with payroll SOX processes and company guidelines.
• Liaising with Revenue and external providers as necessary.
