This role is integral in ensuring no impact or disruption to customers when changing codes.· Responsible for tracking of sales performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to mitigate against potential commercial risk. This role will be responsible for using internal systems to track sales revenue, volume, margin along with customer churn and leakage identifying trends and summarizing findings.· Maintenance of business trackers and run books to ensure each task is closed in a timely manner· Lead role communicating internally and externally to vendors.
