Citi Dublin is seeking a seasoned Techno-Functional Leader to architect end-to-end payment processing flows and drive a high-performing development team. You will oversee design reviews, ensure standards alignment, and coordinate with product owners, operations, and external networks.

The role requires 10+ years in payments and 6+ years in techno-functional leadership, with strong knowledge of ACH, SWIFT, and AML/risk scoring. A hybrid work model and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Payments Domain experience with deep payments development knowledge.
• 6+ years in techno-functional lead or lead analyst roles.
• Strong understanding of payment rails (ACH, Wire, SWIFT, Real-Time).
• Experience building fraud detection or AML/risk scoring systems.
• Experience deploying ML models in real-time production environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical techno-functional discussions and architect end-to-end payment flows.
• Drive a high-performing development team through the full PDLC with agile practices.
• Oversee integration of payment engines with fraud detection and risk scoring platforms; ensure high availability.
