Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Pavement Design Engineer based in Dublin or Dundalk to support planning and design of transport projects across Ireland. You will contribute to road, asset management, public transport and active travel schemes, with responsibilities spanning design development, procurement, contract documents and construction supervision.

The candidate should have a degree in engineering (Level 8/9), be working towards Chartered Engineer, and be proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (Level 8/9).
• Working towards Chartered Engineer status.
• Experience in consultancy environment.
• Computer literate with AutoCAD, Civil 3D desirable.

Responsibilities

• Planning and design of road, asset management, public transport and active travel projects in Ireland.
• Input to design development, procurement, contract documents, and construction supervision.
• Provide support and design input to key clients managing sections of the National Road Network.
