Job summary

At AtkinsRéalis Ireland Limited is seeking a Pavement Design Engineer to lead planning and design of transport projects in Ireland, based in Dublin or Dundalk. You will join our Transportation team and contribute to road, asset management, and active travel schemes while ensuring value-for-money designs.

The role requires a degree in engineering, with working towards Chartered Engineer status. Experience with design software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D is desirable, and familiarity with Irish

Qualifications

• Experience in a consultancy environment.
• Degree in engineering (Level 8/9).
• Working towards Chartered Engineer status.
• AutoCAD and Civil 3D desirable but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Irish pavement standards and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design road, asset management, public transport and active travel schemes in Ireland.
• Contribute to design development, procurement, contract documents and contract administration.
• Provide input to design for Key Clients and National Road Network projects.
