Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients and visitors, manage reception areas.
• Verify patient information and assist with questionnaires and forms.
• Print daily schedules and coordinate with clinicians.
• Handle walk-in inquiries and appointment scheduling.
• Process co-pays and balances at check-out.
• Disseminate information via telephone or computer systems.
• Maintain orderly workspace ensuring patient safety.
• Complete reports and required forms in a timely manner.
• Support additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
