Job summary

The Hoxton, Dublin is seeking a motivated kitchen assistant to support the team in preparing and producing delicious dishes. You will learn across different sections, working closely with senior chefs to develop your skills.

You'll prep ingredients to standard, follow recipes, and help keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and well organised during service. A positive attitude and willingness to learn will help you thrive in our vibrant hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team with preparation and production of dishes.
• Learn and develop skills across different sections of the kitchen with senior chefs.
• Prepare ingredients including washing, peeling, chopping and basic cooking.
• Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency across dishes.
• Keep your section clean, stocked and organised during service.
• Work with the team during busy services and communicate clearly.
