You will coordinate with regional committees, meet organisations, and represent the mission at events to secure annual support or fundraising activities. A compassionate, empathetic, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in account management, partnerships, or business development.
• Natural ability to build trust and communicate with empathy.
• Confident presenting, engaging, and inspiring organisations to support a charitable mission.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, and CRM skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between partner organisations and wellbeing services for the workforce.
• Inspire companies to become annual supporters or host fundraising activities.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of supporters and identify new opportunities.
• Explain the impact of donations and connect partners to crisis support and mental health resources.
• Represent the charity at events, talks, and gatherings.
