Downey Osborne in Ireland is seeking an Area Manager to support growth across the North East region. The role focuses on strengthening regional performance, client relationships, and team capability, leveraging a strong office network and nationwide client base.

• Manage and grow a varied portfolio of business, agricultural, and personal clients
• Provide trusted advice across taxation, business planning, succession, and financial management
• Lead, coach, and support local teams to deliver excellent client service and meet performance targets
• Ensure compliance, operational standards, and service quality across the region
• Act as a senior representative of the organisation within the local business community
• Drive business development through networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Collaborate with internal specialist teams to deliver integrated client solutions
• Monitor performance, profitability, and operational effectiveness across offices
• Support team development through ongoing coaching and feedback
• Contribute to regional initiatives and wider strategic projects
• Represent the organisation at external events and client engagements
• Support cross-office collaboration and resource planning
