Job summary

Makeawish is seeking a Regional Manager for the Munster region. This pivotal role will support volunteer teams, enhance fundraising efforts, and build strong relationships within the community.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the work of Make-A-Wish. You will work independently, reporting to the Head of Wishgranting/Volunteering, and ensure alignment with our strategic goals.

This role is home-based, requiring travel across the Munster region.

• Proven track record in fundraising, business development, or sales.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
• Experience recruiting, training, and motivating volunteers.
