Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in account management, partnerships, or business development.
• Natural ability to build trust and communicate with empathy.

• Strong organisation, prioritisation, and CRM skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

Partnership Manager - Ireland - Munster Region €38-43k pa + bonus + bens + expenses

My client seeks a Partnership Manager who believes in the power of compassion, community, and collective support.

This role is rooted in purpose. Every conversation you have, every relationship you nurture, and every commitment you secure directly helps people in the construction industry who may be facing some of the toughest moments of their lives.

You’ll be the bridge between companies and the vital wellbeing services available to their workforce — ensuring individuals and families can access help when they need it most.

You’ll work closely with regional committees, meet organisations across your area, and represent the mission at events, talks, and gatherings. A big part of your role will be inspiring companies to become annual supporters or to host fundraising activities that fuel the charity’s work. You’ll help them understand the real‑world impact of their donations — from crisis support to mental health resources — and show them how their contribution can change lives.

You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of supporters, identify new opportunities, and bring empathy, clarity, and confidence to every interaction. You’ll balance commercial awareness with genuine care, guiding partners to engage meaningfully with the charity’s helpline, wellbeing tools, and support programmes.
