O’Donoghue Ring Collection is seeking an experienced Bar Manager for the O' Donoghue Public House in Killarney Town Centre. You will lead a small team, deliver exceptional service, and drive Food & Beverage sales in a busy Irish pub.

• You must have 2–3 years in a management role in a similar hospitality setting.

• Stay updated on trends to drive business growth and increase F&B sales.
• Ensure service standards are consistently high and coordinate with Kitchen/Head Chef.

The O’Donoghue Ring Collection is recruiting an experienced Bar Manager for the O' Donoghue Public House, located in the heart of Killarney Town Centre. This busy bar is a favourite of locals and tourists and has a modern take on the traditional Irish pub, rooted in the authentic traditions that characterise the hallmark of Ireland’s world-famous pub culture, seamlessly blended with a contemporary approach to the décor, food and drink experience.

O' Donoghue Public House is open 7 days a week, serving food all day and has live music every night.

What you'll do:

• You will manage the day to day operations of O'Donoghue Public House, managing a small team.
• Update yourself constantly with modern trends to build business.
• Approachable with excellent people and communication skills.
• You will work with your team to increase the Food & Beverage sales.
• Ability to work within financial boundaries and desire to run a profitable business.
• Management and development of the team insuring learning and development is at the core.
• Ensure all service standards are consistent and maintained to the highest level at all times.
• Work closely with the Kitchen and the Head Chef to ensure timing, quality and safety is always adhered to.
• Support and deliver training to team members and actively develop the skills and knowledge of the department as a whole.
• Interact professionally with all guests issues and implement corrective action.

About you:

• A minimum of 2/3 years experience in a management role in a similar environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Highly customer and management focused.
• Excellent communication skills with proficient spoken & Written English.
• Ability to calmly lead your team.
