Job summary

The O’Donoghue Ring Collection is hiring a part-time Accommodation Assistant for the Killarney Towers Hotel, with shifts from 8:00/9:00 am to 5:30 pm, on weekdays and weekends.

You will clean bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to high standards, replenish supplies, and assist with public area duties as required. Experience in hospitality is preferred, and flexibility with hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Accommodation department in the hospitality industry.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Able to greet guests warmly and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the hotel's standards.
• Replenish bathroom and bedroom supplies to correct levels.
• Adhere to high cleaning standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform public area duties when required.

O’Donoghue Ring Collection is home to Hotels, Apartments, Spa, Restaurants & Bars centrally located in the vibrant town centre of Killarney and Castleisland, Co. Kerry. We are seeking a part-time Accommodation Assistant to join the teams in the Killarney Towers Hotel.

The ideal candidate must be available to work from 8:00 am or 9:00 am until 5:30 pm, weekdays and weekends.

What you’ll do

• Clean assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas and ensure stocks of bathroom and bedroom items are replenished to the correct standards.
• Adhering to the hotel's very high standard of cleaning.
• Working in a fast-paced environment.
• Public area duties if and when required.

About you

• The successful candidate must be able to greet all guests in a warm, friendly, and courteous fashion and maintain a professional manner at all times.
• You will have excellent high standards of cleaning and shall be flexible with regard to working hours.
• Flexibility to work a variety of mid-week and weekend shifts is essential.
• You will have previous experience working in the Accommodation department in the hospitality industry.
