Job summary

Lincoln Recruitment Specialists seeks a Compliance Coordinator to support the Ireland QHSE function. The role focuses on administering and improving QHSE processes, records, and training across Ireland, working closely with the Head of QHSE Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with relevant standards. This is a 3 days/week on-site position based in West Dublin.

Qualifications

• Experience in QHSE administration and documentation.
• Familiarity with audits, training, and incident reporting.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GDP, HACCP, SQAS or similar standards.
• Stamp 4/EU work permission or valid work authorisation for Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and continuous improvement of the QHSE management systems.
• Maintain accurate QHSE records, databases, and action trackers.
• Support compliance with legislation, customer requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate audit schedules, actions, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate day-to-day Health & Safety activities across Ireland operations.
• Assist with investigations of accidents, incidents, near misses, hazards, and non-conformances.
• Assist with risk assessments and safe systems of work documentation.
• Support emergency response planning and training programmes.
