Job summary

Lincoln Recruitment Specialists seeks a Compliance Coordinator to support the Ireland QHSE function. The role focuses on administering and improving QHSE processes, records, and training across Ireland, working closely with the Head of QHSE Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with relevant standards. This is a 3 days/week on-site position based in West Dublin.

Qualifications

• Experience in QHSE administration and documentation.
• Familiarity with audits, training, and incident reporting.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GDP, HACCP, SQAS or similar standards.
• Stamp 4/EU work permission or valid work authorisation for Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and continuous improvement of the QHSE management systems.
• Maintain accurate QHSE records, databases, and action trackers.

An international logistics company is looking to hire a Compliance Coordinator to support the Quality Department Ireland in the administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Compliance (QHSE) activities across the Ireland business.

Working closely with the Head of QHSE Ireland, the role provides operational support to ensure compliance programmes, management systems, training, audits, corrective actions, reporting, and Health & Safety activities are effectively coordinated and maintained.

Applicants must have a valid Stamp 4 permission, EU/EEA citizenship, or another valid permission allowing them to work in Ireland. Employment permit sponsorship is not available for this role.

3 days per week in a West Dublin Site.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the administration and continuous improvement of the company's QHSE management systems.
• Maintain accurate QHSE records, documentation, registers, databases, and action trackers.
• Support compliance with applicable legislation, customer requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate audit schedules, actions, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate day-to-day Health & Safety activities across Ireland operations.
• Support the investigation of accidents, incidents, near misses, hazards, and non-conformance issues.
• Assist with the maintenance of risk assessments, safe systems of work, and associated documentation.
• Support emergency response planning, testing, and preparedness activities.
• Assist with hazardous chemical compliance programmes and associated documentation.
• Coordinate QHSE-related training programmes and induction activities.
