Job summary

Sherpa Kids Ireland is seeking a part-time Programme Coordinator in Westmeath to lead a team and deliver After School, Before School, and Holiday Club activities at local schools.

The role requires experience with school-aged children, energy and enthusiasm, an own car, and proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Teams. Garda vetting is essential; 2 written references are required before start.

Qualifications

• Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team.
• Proficiency in technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Own car required for programme lead.
• Maintain the day-to-day activities.
• Interact with the children, their families and other staff members each day.
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Experience working with school-aged children (minimum 2 years).
• Childcare qualification at FETAC Level 5 or equivalent.
