Job summary

Sherpa Kids Ireland is hiring a Programme Lead in Ireland for a part-time role, on-site at local schools. You will manage and lead a team, oversee daily activities and engage with children, families and staff with energy and enthusiasm.

Requirements include experience with school-aged children (min 1 year), Fetac Level 5 childcare qualification or equivalent, strong English, Garda vetting, and two written references. A valid driver’s license/own car is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)
• Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• At least 2 written references checks arerequired before starting
