Job summary

Sherpa Kids in Ireland is seeking a Programme Lead on a part-time basis to coordinate after school and holiday clubs at local schools. You will manage a team and ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly, engaging with children, families and staff.

Own car is required; strong energy, enthusiasm, and experience with school-aged children (min 1 year) are essential. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Teams, and other software is expected, plus Garda vetting and references.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview).
• At least 2 written references required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Own car required for programme lead.
• Maintain the day-to-day activities.
