Job summary

Osborne Recruitment is seeking a Part-Time Stores & Inventory Administrator for a site-based role in Monaghan. This hands-on role involves stock takes, updating inventory records, and supporting on-site stores and procurement tasks.

The successful candidate will work three full days per week, 24 hours, with an hourly rate of €17–€19, and must have own transport. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stores, inventory, stock control, procurement or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using internal systems to record and update information.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular stock takes and keep inventory records accurate.
• Monitor stock levels and identify obsolete or surplus materials.
• Update internal systems with stock and inventory information.
• Support on-site inventory and stores management.
• Organise and maintain stock in the warehouse.
• Liaise with internal teams to support stock requirements.
• Assist with general administrative duties related to stores and procurement.
• Ensure the stores and surrounding areas remain organised.
