Interacting with Purchasing, Customer Service and planning in meeting the weekly tasks for the area. Support, assist fellow members of staff in the department and play an active part in the day to day running of the area.**Specific Responsibilities:*** Manually set up equipment to allow the preparation of components for PTH level kits.* Packing of cards and units shipping on a weekly basis to customer or subcontractor.* Responsible for the stock in our off site warehouse. Maintaining stock levels in stores and sending stock off site so that we follow all safety requirements for space. Updating and maintaining off site reports.* Work to schedules as prioritised by planning. Kitting as per schedule and prep as per schedules.* Ensure all Procedures and Process documentation is accurately followed and up to date in all aspects.* Materials Control, including “control of inventory”, transaction integrity and Cycle counting.* Ensure all Safety, Anti-static and Housekeeping practices are understood and applied.* Achievement of all Quality and Production, targets and objectives as well as supporting Quality improvement initiatives.* Miscellaneous duties as required by supervisor.* Completion of all necessary Stores related documentation.* Support Lean initiatives when required and embrace lean in your day to day activities.**Required Qualification & Skills**:Experience in stores functions required.
