Louis Fitzgerald Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate for Ballyowen Castle Centre, Ballyowen Lane. You will greet customers, assist with product recommendations, and ensure fast, courteous service while maintaining a clean, well-stocked area.

Midweek and weekend availability is required. You will perform age checks for customers under 25 in line with RSA regulations, support home delivery procedures, and participate in regular performance reviews to develop your skills.

Qualifications

Customer-focused approach with ability to upsell appropriately.
Ability to greet and engage customers and provide guidance.
Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsabilités

To ensure all customers receive the highest standard of service quickly, efficiently and courteously
To ensure all customer feedback is reported in line with company procedures, and dealt with in a polite and professional manner
Greeting customers, assisting and engaging with them, providing advice and upselling where appropriate
Maintain a professional neat appearance
Ensuring your service area is kept clean and tidy at all times
Restocking and replenishment of Off Licence inventory, merchandising and supplies
Awareness of products, promotions and prices, and being informed on upcoming events
Professional and polite age checks for any customers appearing under the age of 25, in line with RSA regulations
To ensure all home delivery procedures are been followed
Participate and engage in performance and development reviews on a regular basis
Ability to manage time effectively
Strong communication skills with both cusotmers and colleagues

To contribute to the turnover and profitability of the Fitzgerald Group by ensuring all customers experience a satisfying visit and receive the highest standard of goods and customer service by being attentive, responsive and anticipate the customers’ needs while creating and maintaining customer friendly relationships.
