Job summary

AXA Partners in Athlone is seeking a part-time Customer Service Advisor to provide compassionate support for vehicle breakdowns and home emergencies across Ireland, the UK and beyond. You will join our Customer Centre in Athlone with a fixed roster and initial on-site training.

After completing training, there is a pathway to a hybrid role combining office and remote work. The role requires excellent customer service, strong English, and the ability to handle challenging situations with care.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused advisory role handling vehicle and home assistance requests.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and professional assistance to customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns, home emergencies, and other urgent situations.
• Coordinate with our network of suppliers and contractors across Ireland, the UK, and internationally.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers and partners to guide them through challenging situations.
• Manage operations efficiently, ensuring safety standards and regulations are followed.
• Keep detailed records and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
