AXA Partners is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Athlone team. You will deliver compassionate assistance during vehicle breakdowns and home emergencies, coordinating with our trusted network across Ireland, the UK, and beyond.

Training is on-site in Athlone, with a future hybrid model. The role offers a predictable roster, 35 hours per week, and opportunities for growth within a global assistance network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and professional assistance to customers during emergencies and breakdowns.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors across Ireland, the UK, and internationally.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers and partners.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure follow-up for customer satisfaction.
• Work to safety standards and continuous service improvement.
