Nesta is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Executive in Tallaght to join our team. The role involves assisting the branch in day-to-day operations, delivering world-class customer service, and driving sales alongside colleagues.

The position requires excellent communication, strong administration skills, and a proactive attitude. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is preferred; 3rd level education is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in similar role i.e. retail/hotel
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated and can work off own initiative
• Excellent administration skills
• Passion for sales and customer service excellence
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Third level education preferred but not required

• Assist the Branch team in the day-to-day running of the store
• Demonstrate a sales-focused and customer-centric behaviour when interacting with customers
• Drive product and insurance sales
• Provide a welcoming environment to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and address concerns quickly
• Identify and celebrate operational successes, and develop and implement plans to address opportunities
• Experience in day-to-day financial duties
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
