Job summary

Elis Ireland is seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to deliver a first-class experience to clients from our Millfield location. The role focuses on resolving enquiries, maintaining strong relationships, and supporting business growth through excellent service and account management.

The position offers a part-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 9am-1pm) with a competitive salary package and opportunities for training and progression within a growing international company.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve enquiries and complaints at first point of contact where possible.
• Manage complaints through to resolution with appropriate follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention.
• Complete key admin tasks including orders, invoicing, reporting, pricelists, and terminations.
• Manage a defined customer portfolio and support account growth and add-on sales.
• Support the wider Customer Service team with admin tasks.
