Job summary

Elis Ireland is seeking a dedicated Customer Account Manager on a temporary basis to deliver exceptional customer service and manage relationships across your region. You will work within a team to retain and grow the customer base, coordinating with production, stores, sales and distribution to ensure top-quality service and timely renewals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for customers in your area with support from the service team.
• Plan weekly diary and customer visits, including top 20 customers.
• Drive retention and growth through exceptional service and renewal management.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, contracts and renewals; handle paperwork.
• Generate reports and monitor debt; escalate issues to Head of Customer Service as needed.
• Collaborate with Production, Stores, Sales and Distribution to improve service quality.
