Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a part-time Central Reservations Agent for 24 hours per week in the Central Reservations Office based in Maldron Hotel Portlaoise. You will handle reservations for our 50+ hotels across Ireland, the UK and Continental Europe.

Join a busy, friendly team and provide excellent customer service via calls and live chat, with daily reporting duties and flexible hours across seven days.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy environment, dealing with customer calls / live chat queries.
• Be a team player.
• Have strong organisational skills.
• High proficiency in the English language.
• Provide excellent customer service for all departments.
• Must be customer-focused and maintain high levels of customer service

Responsibilities

• Making reservations for our 50+ hotels across Ireland, the UK and Continental Europe.
• Answer live chat queries from our websites.
• Processing and issuing gift vouchers
• Helping customers with queries.
• Daily reporting duties
