Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a part-time Central Reservations Agent for the Maldron Hotel Portlaoise. The role involves taking reservations for the group’s hotels across Ireland, the UK and Continental Europe, handling live chat queries, processing gift vouchers, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Based in our Central Reservations Office, you’ll work in a busy, friendly environment with flexible hours over 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Make reservations for 50+ hotels across Ireland, the UK and Continental Europe.
• Answer live chat queries from our websites.
• Process and issue gift vouchers.
• Assist customers with queries and provide information.
• Carry out daily reporting duties.
