Job summary

The Grand Hotel Malahide is seeking a Reservations Agent to join the Sales & Reservations team. The role involves supporting reservation agents with inquiries, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to yield and inventory control for both properties. Experience in a hotel environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting reservation agents with individual reservations/enquiries.
• Adhering to hotel SOPs and company policies.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times.
• Contributing to yield management to achieve accommodation targets and maximum occupancy.
• Assisting in maintaining accurate inventory control for rooms.
• Utilising the hotel CMS, OTA extranets and channel manager for rate loading, guest communications and post-stay feedback.
• Assisting Manager with departmental reporting for both properties.
• Managing rate codes, group booking platform and systems utilisation.
• Supporting Departmental Manager with day-to-day running of department for both properties.

Reservations Agent – 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide - experienced applicants only

Part of the FBD Hotels & Resorts group, the iconic four-star Grand Hotel is looking for a Reservations Agent to join our Sales & Reservations team.

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting reservation agents with individual reservations/enquiries
