Job summary

Dimensions is seeking dedicated care colleagues to support four gentlemen in Louth, LN11 8LT. The role offers part-time contracts, £12.85 per hour, and shifts including long days and waking nights. You'll help with daily living, mobility, meals, and community activities, all within a compassionate team.

Ideal candidates value patient, kind, and reliable care. A full UK manual driving licence is required, with car access beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support four gentlemen to live full and meaningful lives at home and in the community.
• Provide personal care where needed and offer encouragement and independence.
• Assist with mobility including hoists and equipment.
• Plan meals, shopping and cooking to develop skills and confidence.
• Work as part of a friendly, supportive team with some lone-working shifts.
