Job summary

Cheshire Ireland is seeking a Care Support Worker to join Rathfredagh Cheshire Services in Co. Limerick. This permanent part-time role (35h) requires driving, QQI healthcare/social care quals, and a commitment to rights-based, person-centred service delivery.

You’ll support residents daily, work across a 24/7 roster, and participate in ongoing development via Cheshire Academy. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Hold or be in the process of undertaking a QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or QQI Level 6 Social Care or Nursing qualification.
• Full Manual Driving license and willingness to drive for work.
• Availability to work all shifts across a 24-hour, seven-day roster.
