Responsibilities

Supporting individuals with planning and managing daily activities and routines.
Providing support to individuals while accessing and participating in their local community.
Assisting individuals with education, skills development and personal goals.
Help develop independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning and attending appointments.
Adhering to company policies, procedures and codes of practice.
Working flexible shift patterns across a 24/7 service.
