Job summary
TTMHcare Ltd is seeking experienced Care Support Workers to join a well-established care provider on a permanent basis in South Dublin. You will support individuals with daily needs, promote independence, and help residents engage in community activities.

Qualifications
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or QQI Level 6 in Social Care or Nursing.
- Experience supporting people with intellectual or physical disabilities.
- Full clean driving license.
- Flexibility to work days, nights and sleepover shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support people with their daily needs and routines.
- Build respectful relationships and promote independence.
- Support people to make choices and achieve their goals.
- Manage staffing, training, budgets and the overall residential environment.
