Job summary
Cheshire Ireland is seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team in Co. Mayo. The role is permanent part-time (30 hours) with a 24/7 roster across all shifts. Hold or be progressing with QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or QQI Level 6 Social Care, or a Nursing qualification. Experience supporting people with disabilities is preferred.

Qualifications
- Hold QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or QQI Level 6 Social Care or Nursing qualification.
- Experience in supporting people with disabilities.
- Willingness to undertake QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support within 18 months if needed.
- Full Manual Driving Licence and willingness to drive for work.
Responsibilities
- Support people with all aspects of daily life according to individual plans.
- Establish and maintain respectful, rights-based relationships with those we support.
- Attend to duties in a manner aligned with Cheshire Ireland's values and standards.
