Job summary

Sherpa Kids Ireland is seeking a Programme Lead to oversee daily activities at our on-site school clubs. You will manage a small team, engage with children and their families, and bring energy and structure to each session.

The role requires relevant childcare qualification, Garda vetting, work permit, and references. A valid driving record to provide own car is preferred to support site activities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school aged children (minimum 2 years)
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
• Experience with school aged children (minimum 1 year)
• Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview)
• Work Permit/VISA essential
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting

Responsibilities

• Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team
• Own car required for programme lead
• Maintain the day-to-day activities
• Interacting with the children, their families and other staff members each day
