Job summary

Sherpa Kids, a global provider of before/after school care, is seeking a part-time team member to supervise and engage school-aged children across partner schools in Ireland. The role focuses on structured activities, homework support, and creating a safe, inclusive environment.

Operating on-site at schools, the program runs from 1:30pm to 6pm Monday through Friday. Garda vetting is completed after the interview, with references required before starting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiencyin English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• At least 2 written references checks arerequiredbefore starting

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play
• Assistwith homework and educational tasks
• Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Assistwith games, crafts, and group activities
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment

Skills
