Job summary

Barespace.io in Ireland is recruiting an ambitious outbound sales professional to own a developing territory across Leinster, Munster, Connacht and Ulster. You will generate leads, conduct discovery calls and demos, and drive the close, with weekly presence at our Dublin HQ.

You’ll manage your pipeline in HubSpot, build relationships with salon owners, and contribute to shaping our outbound playbook. The role offers a base salary with uncapped commission and a clear path from BDR to Account

Qualifications

• Experience generating leads and closing deals in SaaS or service sectors.
• Proficient in using a CRM to manage the pipeline and activities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and own your regional pipeline across Leinster, Munster, Connacht and Ulster.
• Run discovery calls, demos and handle objections to close deals.
• Maintain HubSpot accuracy and hand off to aftersales seamlessly.
• Manage a work Instagram profile and keep it active as part of outreach.
• Contribute to shaping the outbound playbook and strategy.
