Responsibilities

• To great all guests in a warm and a friendly manner
• To adhere to all Company policies including Customer Care, Fire Safety, Cash Handling plus follow all hotel protocols for Health & Safety measures
• Ensuring the lobby and public areas are kept clean and presentable at all times
• Ensuring hotel exterior including car park are kept clean.
• Ensuring all reasonable guests requirements are met promptly and professionally.
