Midlands Park Hotel in Ireland is seeking a dedicated Night Porter to welcome guests, ensure overnight security, and support the breakfast team. The role runs from 11pm to 7am and is a fixed-term position from May to August. You will handle guest requests, assist with reservations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across public and staff areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal and memorable guest care and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain security of hotel and guests overnight.
• Handle, follow up and communicate any comments or complaints.
• Assist guests with information, bookings, and directions.
• Complete shift handovers thoroughly and on time.
• Observe hotel regulations and safety procedures.
• Keep guest areas and offices clean and tidy.
