Job summary

The K Club in Ireland is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the South Bar & Restaurant Manager and lead the team in delivering exceptional service.

You will coordinate rosters, supervise daily service, and drive training and guest satisfaction across the restaurant and function spaces, while promoting a collaborative, high-standard dining experience for residents and guests alike.

Qualifications

• Hospitality professional with previous experience in a similar role.
• Standards-driven manager with high attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food and beverage service at South Bar & Restaurant.
• Help manage rosters and scheduling based on activity and business levels.
• Coordinate daily work and allocate stations and duties.
• Identify training needs and assist in maintaining Training Manuals.
• Ensure smooth operation of restaurant and function spaces.
• Promote team spirit and positive working atmosphere.
• Advise guests on dish choices and take orders accurately.
• Manage restaurant bookings and guest verification.
