Rippling is seeking a Business Development (Outbound) SDR for the Benelux market, based in our Dublin office and required to come onsite three days per week. You will prospect, qualify, and build a scalable pipeline while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

As an SDR, you will become a product expert across Rippling’s platform, craft thoughtful outbound messaging to target upmarket prospects, and partner with marketing to expand campaigns.

• One or more Benelux languages at a native level is a plus (Dutch, German and/or French).
