Job summary

Osteotec Ireland is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to be based in Dublin. You will train Orthopaedic Surgeons, Theatre Staff, procurement and hospital management across public and private sectors.

The role requires on-site demonstrations, remote presentations, and ongoing education programmes. Travel extensively, with a driving license, to sites in Ireland and beyond as needed.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in orthopaedic or theatre-related products is desirable.
• Theatre environment knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to interfacing with clinicians, procurement, and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide training support to Orthopaedic Surgeons, Theatre Staff, Procurement Departments and Hospital Management.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and remote presentations.
• Develop and deliver education and training programmes for new and existing customers.
• Support in the operating theatre and contribute to product adoption in key sites.
• Build market knowledge in orthopaedics to drive product uptake and monitor competitors.
