Job summary

Osteotec Ireland is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist in Dublin to train orthopaedic teams and hospital staff across public and private sectors. The role involves on-site product demonstrations, ongoing education programmes, and extensive travel, reporting to the National Sales Manager.

Ideal candidates have theatre experience (ODP/ODA) or related clinical background, robust anatomy knowledge, and strong communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders. A driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in orthopaedics or related product/therapy area (e.g., ODP).
• Theatre environment experience or ODP/ODAs desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide training support to Orthopaedic Surgeons, Theatre Staff, Procurement, and Hospital Management.
• Demonstrate products on-site and via remote presentations.
• Arrange and enhance product education and training programmes.
