Job summary

Truly Dental in Donnybrook, Dublin 4, Ireland, is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator. You will guide patients from initial consultation through decision-making, ensuring a seamless and empathetic journey while driving high-value treatment plan conversions.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in consultative sales or patient-facing roles within dental or aesthetic services, strong communication, and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Background in Sales, Healthcare, Dentistry, or Aesthetic Services preferred.
• Experience in consultative sales or patient-facing roles with KPI/CRM reporting is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build trust quickly.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-assessment consultations to understand patient needs and goals.
• Explain treatment options, outcomes, and pricing clearly and empathetically.
• Guide patients through decision-making to secure high-value treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handover notes for clinicians.
• Collaborate with dentists and clinic teams to ensure seamless care continuity.
• Follow up with patients to provide updates and encouragement throughout treatment journey.
• Track KPIs, report progress, and contribute to improving sales and conversion processes.
