Dentaltech Group in Dublin is seeking a flexible all-rounder to join our clinics as a Dental Nurse / Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist. You will support the dentist, manage patient journeys, and help keep our front-of-house operations running smoothly across our Dublin locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the dental industry.
• Strong leadership and team management experience a definite advantage.
• Excellent customer service, administration and teamwork.
• Highly efficient, organised and self-motivated.
• Confident communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Dental nursing duties, assisting the dentist and infection control.
• Treatment plan coordination and aftercare support for patients.
• Front of House: manage calls and bookings across multiple clinic lines.
• Create and oversee clinic schedules and patient bookings to maintain timing.
• Coordinate lab work and ensure smooth delivery of care to patients.
• Reception/administration duties including payments and CRM upkeep.
• Lead team schedules and support growth strategies for the clinics.
