Qualifications

• Previous reception or customer-facing experience (dental/medical a plus).
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Confident with practice management software (Dentally, Exact, SOE - training provided).
• Multitasker with attention to detail.
• Warm, professional, calm under pressure.
• Right to work in Ireland or the UK.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and managing reception.
• Booking, rescheduling and confirming appointments.
• Handling incoming calls and emails professionally.
• Processing payments and managing patient records (GDPR compliant).
• Coordinating between patients and clinical team.
• Supporting the Practice Manager with admin tasks.
