Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division seeks a Global Planning Leader for Joint Reconstruction based in Cork, Ireland. You will drive global planning, IBP execution, and end-to-end supply chain strategies across multiple joints platforms, leading a ~70-person team and partnering with regional leaders to optimize service, cost, and inventory.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or related discipline is required.
Advanced degree in Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience is preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in a complex supply chain environment with a proven leadership track record.

Responsibilities

Design and operate the Global Planning process for Joint Reconstruction.
Own the Global IBP process execution for Joint Reconstruction.
Execute the Supply Planning Process to ensure product availability at the right place and time.
Lead and develop the global planning network team and optimize planning parameters.
Monitor key supply chain metrics and drive continuous improvement across the platform.
